Return Policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service at [Email Address: info@cnsources.com or Telephone 86-15178308645] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Once you receive the RMA number, package the item securely, including the RMA number and a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be issued.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will also refund the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service to discuss availability and process the exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

Exceptions

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered in any way.
